Project Manager Site Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager Site Design Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and implementation of various site development projects. From concept to completion, the Project Manager Site Design Civil Engineer will be responsible for developing plans and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a small team of Jr Engineers for site development engineering and permitting.
2. Develop comprehensive site design plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control measures.
3. Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and other design professionals to integrate site elements and optimize functionality.
4. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
5. Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses to address stormwater management and flood mitigation issues.
6. Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary permits and approvals for project implementation.

Qualifications:

1. Engineering License - PE
2. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3. Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in site design, land development, or related civil engineering disciplines.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
5. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
