Job Requirements / Description

A full time Account Manager is needed for a well known apparel manufacturer based in Downtown Los Angeles. This company is a private label manufacturer that does business with accounts like Target and Walmart. This role is onsite, 5 days/week, in Downtown LA.

T&A Calendar Management:

  1. Ownership of strategic planning and execution of all sales and merchandising functions ensuring all T& A calendars are met and maintained ensuring alignment with product development/production.

Collaboration & Communication

  1. Responsible for being the “communication hub” by establishing and maintaining open lines of communication between sales, design, product development, and production.
  2. Responsible for entering collaborations through PLM.

Merchandising:

  1. Help prepare for all team meetings and print/organize Cad books/samples for meetings.
  2. Provide marketing tools (Cads, line guides, etc.) to assist in the sales process.

Inventory:

  1. Partnering with order management team to ensure that all units committed to by your account are depleted.
  2. Ownership and accountability for all inventory commitments not limited to finish goods, ensuring that all liabilities are consumed and utilized.

Samples:

  1. Manages customer “AD” samples and ensures they are received and delivered in a timely manner to the customer.
  2. Initiates “Dupe” requests collaboration as needed.

Meetings:

  1. Initiates and drives “Costing” meetings to ensure complete alignment with other departments.

Salary: 75-80k base (no commission)
