Torchlight Hire is seeking a driven Head of Marketing to lead global marketing strategy and operations for a fast-paced financial services consultancy in NYC. Qualified candidates must have substantial experience in performance marketing strategy & execution for multiple lines of business and in managing priorities of a cross-functional team and internal stakeholders. Only candidates available for on-site (hybrid) work in NYC will be considered.
Location:
Qualified candidates are located within the NY metro area with the ability to work three days a week in our client’s New York City office.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to support lead generation for all lines of business and drive future growth for the company.
- Generate qualified leads via marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal sales teams.
- Lead the creation of brand messaging and marketing collateral in support of sales efforts.
- Manage redevelopment of corporate website to drive traffic and improve user experience.
- Develop and report KPI’s for all marketing-related campaigns and activity.
- Manage and optimize results with all marketing third-party vendors.
- Establish a strong rapport with existing team to advance the marketing organization’s output and performance.
- Create and manage the company’s global marketing budget.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing organizations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; financial services and specifically investment management industry experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or related discipline.
- Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing strategies with evidence of strong KPI success.
- Experience working with tight budgets to create optimal results.
- Past success in delivering on the needs of many internal stakeholders.
- Change management in a team setting where responsibilities must be aligned with marketing objectives and goals.
- Understanding of current trends in digital marketing, marketing operations, and martech.
- Strong ability to forge relationships across all levels of the organization, including managing expectations of senior leadership.
