Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate at Sklar Williams PLLC in Las Vegas, NV. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling motions, conducting legal research, preparing for depositions, representing clients in court and administrative proceedings, and providing legal support for commercial transactions.
Qualifications
- Legal research, motions, and court representation skills
- Experience in preparing for and conducting Depositions
- Knowledge of commercial law and litigation procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Nevada State Bar
