THE ROLE:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health care services, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant delivery of care.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
* Ensure staff training, professional development, and adherence to company protocols to maintain high-quality care standards.
* Ensure all services comply with state and federal home health care regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
* Prepare for and manage audits, surveys, and inspections from regulatory agencies.
* Develop and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve patient care outcomes.
* Implement corrective actions based on quality metrics, patient feedback, and regulatory standards.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

* Current RN license in the state of Florida would be beneficial
* Previous experience in home health care management or leadership role preferred
* Can consider a Director of Nursing or Director of Operations
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Commercial acumen
