HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities:
- Ensure payroll is complete and distributed
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage employee benefit programs including health insurance, 401K, and retirement plans
- Handle open enrollment, benefit changes, and termination of benefits
- Maintain and update employee records
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
- Ensure all benefits are within regulatory compliance and are cost effective
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers, payroll administrators, and third-party vendors
- Assist with audit requests as needed
- Process unemployment claims, workers compensation claims, and verifications of employment
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Management, or related field required or relevant work experience is required
- 3-5 years of strong HR experience is required
- Experience with ADP is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Namely or other related HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail
