Job Requirements / Description

There is a massive opportunity ahead of us as more of the finance industry adopts alternative credit data into their underwriting. As such, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help us scale our sales enablement, content marketing, and product strategy objective across three products in multiple geographies.

Our ideal new team member will have the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into messaging that resonates with our target customers through compelling content creation. You have a constant eye for improvement and feel a sense of satisfaction when you help others draw meaningful connections and see new value or opportunity. To that end, you likely describe yourself as deadline driven and have a talent for maintaining a steady drumbeat of content production, switching quickly between learning and creating. You know words are only part of the story and are adept at combining text with visuals and other media to engage diverse audiences. You are eager to dive into a complex space and shape the way people see and hear our product promise through product marketing and thought leadership that attracts, inspires, educates, and engages our target market. You take pride in your work and want to join a team who’s as dedicated to learning, growing, and delivering to the best of their abilities.

This role is reporting into the Director of Product Marketing. There is a location preference for a NYC-based candidate for this opportunity, however we are open to considering talent across the U.S. for a Remote position.

What you can anticipate:

  • Champion the Nova point of view and develop exceptional sales collateral, thought leadership, content programs, and partnerships that expand our market-leading education in cash flow underwriting, cross-border credit, and alternative data infrastructure and analytics.
  • Become our growing sales and customer team’s new best friend by delivering the collateral and insights they need to be successful, like fresh messaging, new sales collateral, product education materials, infographics, and industry reports.
  • Be a trusty translator to find the right way to engage the right person at the right time while maintaining brand voice and product promise consistency.
  • Drive product messaging and positioning through thought leadership and sales/marketing materials and collaborate with others to evangelize our value propositions in marketing programs.
  • Help our customers tell their stories of success for authentic customer reference and case studies.
  • Collaborate with design, communications, and demand teams to manage creative production and timelines for campaigns to deliver consistent messaging in market.
  • Partner with marketing operations to measure, test, and optimize enablement and content programs towards business goals to drive demand.
  • Experiment with new media that drives impact and elevates our brand: video, mini-sites, interactive demos, print/direct-mail, and AI.
  • Develop your product marketing skillset and teach others through collaborative participation as part of a supportive marketing team.

What we'd love to see:

  • 4+ years product marketing experience delivering highly successful enablement and thought leadership programs with a focus on B2B marketing, fintech or financial data experience a plus.
  • Experience developing product marketing assets for owned, organic, and paid media with working proficiency in basic design principles, tools, and channel specifications.
  • Technical literacy and an aptitude for data comprehension, comfortable reading, analyzing, and researching technical topics on your own.
  • A solid eye for design and knack for good storytelling with the relevant creative and writing skills to create great content.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong deliverables output against internal and external roadmaps.
  • Strong bias for action and comfortable working with senior executives and leaders to execute on projects.
  • Constantly curious and enjoy learning about new verticals and technologies, shifting seamlessly between products, industries, and audiences; you can geek out on the technical nitty-gritty and can articulate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Should possess an understanding of media metrics and ability to build compelling stories with data.

Compensation: $145,000 - $180,000 a year. The above compensation range is for U.S.-based candidates and is dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications.
