Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.).
  • Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement, and ad tech solutions.
  • Experience in media management or advertising effectiveness research.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

As the Data, Measurement and Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of pod-aligned Data Transformation Leads and Analytical Leads to support Google business growth and advance client data, tech, and measurement maturity. In this role, you will be the team's measurement and analytics expert, lead the team's strategy across data and measurement priorities, and serve as an active member of the Lead Gen leadership team.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
  • Promote clients on the value proposition of Google measurement solutions needed to unlock customer objectives and growth.
  • Promote the value proposition of data and tech infrastructure.
  • Deliver business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate and optimize business outcomes.
  • Build and sustain a diverse team, support the team in delivering full funnel measurement strategies and learning agendas, including identifying new business opportunities, and inspire the team to focus on the highest value opportunities, scale successes, and define clear plans.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, lead regular discussions to understand business challenges and collaborate with Industry Directors, Heads of Industry, Go-to-Market, and gPS to deliver on measurement and business growth goals.
