We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Management group in Atlanta, USA. The role involves managing the development of Data Products, focusing on Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer Master. The successful candidate will work closely with a leading technology sector client and the internal team to deliver high-quality products.
Essential functions
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Data Products, specifically focusing on Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer Master
- Work closely with the client and the rest of the team to understand their needs and ensure the successful delivery of the product
- Identify, de-duplicate, and enrich a customer for better personalization
- Collaborate with the development team to detect and resolve issues
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements to the Candidate
- Strong experience in Product Management
- Proficiency in Data Products
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
- Experience in building a Customer Master
- Ability to identify, de-duplicate, and enrich a customer
Nice to Have Requirements to the Candidate
- Experience in attribute surrounding customer to provide better personalization
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
