Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to serve as a New Homes Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating the delivery of solar and storage solutions to new home builders. Your responsibilities will include managing bid requests, setting project expectations, and ensuring successful and profitable project outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline the implementation of the New Homes Program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous project coordination or project management experience
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and Internet use
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization
  • Ability to travel ~10% of your working time and stay out of town as needed
