iKids U is in high demand! We are seeking an after school Assistant Site Coordinator/Director (ASC/D) to work with our elementary school age children at our enrichment based program. Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location.
Duties:
- Available 5 weekday afternoons, Monday-Friday, from 2:30 - 6:00 PM following the Austin elementary school calendar : Part Time, typically 12 - 15 hours per week.
- Assisting Site Coordinator/Director in daily administrative tasks on the elementary school campus
- Performing supervisorial Site Coordinator/Director duties, as needed
- Serving as onsite Lead Instructor
- Implementing and modeling instruction of daily activities in various enrichment classes
- Maintaining classroom management
- Monitoring and maintaining child safety on playground and during snack break
- Providing homework assistance and actively engaged in student activities
- Energetic, engaging, dependable, and flexible
- 1+ year experience working with children in a group setting (camps, coaching, teaching, group tutoring, workshops, child care, child development, teacher assistance, special education, counseling, child therapy, instructional assistance, and/or substitute teaching)
- High school diploma or equivalent, college hours preferred
- Currently reside in the Austin Metro Area : convenient to Central Austin
- Must have reliable, independent transportation that you drive in order to support multiple elementary school campuses
- Eligible, clear for hire, background result
