ETL Data Developer/Engineer - 81853

Swoon is actively seeking a ETL Data Engineer/Developer to join the team!

What your day-to-day look like?

• Responsible for formulating system scope and objectives, gather requirements, convert business requirements into technical requirements based on the architecture and ETL guidelines
• Execute data analysis related to the setup and management of identified data sources
• Ensure documentation of data and processes
• Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the questions to meet data requirements from business and vendors
• Prepare and validate solution design documents around scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance
• Support end-to-end project implementation as an SME for the team.

What’s Required?

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics within the financial services industry
• Strong ETL background
• Experience with data governance and business intelligence
• Experience with both on-premise and Azure cloud data
• Experience in data modeling ER diagrams, conceptual, logical and physical modeling
• Python or Java experience and excellent SQL skills
• 3+ years of experience in DataBricks

Direct-Hire / Full-Time Role – NO Contract

Location – Chicago (Downtown)
