Senior Wealth Advisor

The location of this role will be in the San Francisco area of California.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and drive the delivery of wealth planning services (investment, tax, estate planning, etc.) to benefit clients.
• Identify and prioritize key planning needs and objectives through a thorough discovery process, determining short and long-term deliverables.
• Prepare tailored financial planning analysis and create presentation materials to communicate recommendations effectively.
• Lead and conduct client meetings in alignment with the firm’s client service model.
• Manage the client experience by coordinating with investment, tax colleagues, and service teams.
• Drive new business through existing client referrals.
• Oversee the building and ongoing management of client portfolios.
• Assist with the transition and acquisition of client portfolios from tenured advisors.
• Participate in company training and implement best practices.
• Continuously reinforce the firm’s value proposition to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the Financial Services field.
• Minimum 7+ years professional wealth management experience.
• CFP designation is required.
• Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining high-net-worth client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to lead.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to foster internal and external collaboration across various functions.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
