As part of our growth, we’re seeking a talented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team onsite at our Huntington Beach, CA office.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will manage and optimize the tools, processes, and reporting within our marketing function. You will be responsible for the seamless operation of our marketing technology stack, supporting campaign execution, improving data-driven decision-making, and driving efficiencies through automation. Candidates with HubSpot experience, including workflows, marketing emails, and analytics, are preferred. Additionally, a basic understanding of design tools like Adobe Illustrator or similar platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the management and integration of our marketing tools and platforms, especially HubSpot, including CRM, email marketing systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
· Campaign Operations: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring proper setup of workflows, audience segmentation, and tracking.
· HubSpot Focus: Utilize HubSpot to create, manage, and analyze workflows, marketing emails, and performance analytics.
· Design Support: Provide basic design support using tools like Adobe Illustrator or other design platforms to enhance marketing materials.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Lead Management & Segmentation: Collaborate with sales and revenue operations to ensure leads are properly routed, scored, and segmented for effective follow-up.
· Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of marketing operations, including automation of routine tasks and optimization of campaign workflows.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business goals.
· Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role.
· HubSpot experience (workflows, marketing emails, and analytics) is highly preferred.
· Basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator or other design platforms.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
· Experience with A/B testing, email marketing, and campaign tracking.
· Familiarity with lead scoring, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
· Open to learning and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
P referred Qualifications:
· Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
· Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
· Experience implementing process improvements within marketing teams.
