**Job Description:**
- Provide care and support in various units by floating between medical and surgical/oncology floors as needed
- Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:5-6
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ensure all professional and regulatory standards are met
- Work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team
- Participate in direct interviews and prescreens as required
- Provide comprehensive and accurate reporting on patient conditions through the EMR system
