Account Executives are the face of our company, and we are growing the sales team to capitalize on the opportunities in new markets, with new customers, and new types of solutions. The kiosk industry is growing faster than it has ever before, with new use cases and industries deploying self-service solutions due to COVID, labor shortages, and rising wages.
As an Account Executive for Olea Kiosks, you will have the opportunity to compete for business in multiple vertical markets, with what are the highest quality products in the kiosk industry. Over the last 50 years, Olea Kiosks has developed a unique reputation as the kiosk provider for those who want things done the right way. All of this in our 100,000 square foot Los Angeles Headquarters.
And while no two days are every alike in our fast-paced and ever changing industry, these are some of the ways you'll spend your time at Olea:
Respond to customer RFPs, bid requests, and other forms of pricing requests
Analyze customer needs and offer solutions within Olea's capabilities
Prospect through various methods and platforms, including LinkedIn, website outreach, direct email, virtual meetings, and phone calls.
Maintain positive customer and partner relationships to ensure future sales
Advise clients on low-level technical matters and recommend suitable kiosk configurations
Demonstrate the value of Olea Kiosks using case studies, factory tours, technical resources, and an understanding of our unique manufacturing processes.
Attend industry relevant tradeshows
Oversee the resolution of customer concerns to ensure satisfaction pre/post delivery
Consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
Maintain CRM to ensure accurate information, in-line with company format and procedures
Prepare and submit accurate sales orders for orders obtained

Base pay for this position starts at $60k per year, plus a generous commission plan.
Requirements
To be considered for the position, candidates should have the following qualifications:
2-3 years of business-to-business sales experience
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
Bachelor's degree preferred
Technology/software sales experience preferred
Experience in longer cycle, relationship-oriented sales processes
Ability to engage and communicate/negotiate effectively at the executive level
Disciplined and organized with the proven ability to manage a pipeline of prospects
Tech savvy including Salesforce and MS Office proficiency
Ability to think strategically and target the right clients to grow revenue and profitability
Collaborative and team-oriented player who thrives in a fun and fast paced environment
Growth mindset with a passion to learn and reach your full potential
