Industrial Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing, planning, and assigning work orders for equipment maintenance and modifications
• Coordinating maintenance resources and providing recommendations for improvement projects
• Identifying and resolving maintenance issues related to safety, quality, and productivity
• Reviewing and improving maintenance department's performance indicators
• Engaging employees in problem-solving and lean manufacturing techniques
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and monitoring maintenance budget
• Assisting in recruitment and training of maintenance personnel
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
• 5-7 years of experience in industrial automation and maintenance management
• Previous experience in a lean environment preferred
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP preferred
