Position Title: Sales Support and Order Processing Coordinator

Main Position Objectives:

• Support the MAAG Americas Sales and Inside Sales teams to process orders and develop quotes and proposals.
• Check opportunities and orders for accuracy.
• Enter orders in the ERP systems (Syteline, SAP) with precision.
• Review quotes and proposals for new capital equipment for accuracy.
• Review Purchase Orders and reconcile with quotes.
• Manage customer communication and achieve expectations.
• Identify and resolve commercial issues and change orders.
• Generate reports to support sales and marketing.

Work in this position is predominantly conducted in a temperature-controlled environment within a cubical space, office, or meeting room using a computer and standard office tools. Periodic visits to the manufacturing and assembly areas in the plant are required at times. The employee may be exposed to higher temperatures and humidity while in the plant as it is not air-conditioned. While in the plant, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels. Proper PPE (hearing protection, safety glasses, safety-toed footwear) is required to be worn in the plant.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to interact with both internal and external customers in person, via phone, email, Teams, text, etc. Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and be able to listen and comprehend.
• Must be able to adapt to stressful situations.
• Required to sit or stand for long durations while working on a computer. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• While in the plant, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing may be required.
• Occasional prolonged sitting when traveling to another facility.

Job Specification:

Education:

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Business.

Professional Experience:

• Desire to work with customers and have direct interactions through visits, calls, and email.
• Proficiency with CRM/Database tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
