Complete Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide technical assistance in all aspects of data processing operations.
2. Work with mainframe and Server applications.
3. Understand technical experience in the utilization and implementation of tools to monitor the server and mainframe applications.
4. Identify, investigate and troubleshoot error conditions to help remediate system failure conditions.
5. Understand Configuration Management (CM) for software updates and migrations of code.
6. This position may require weekend and/or shift work hours.

Required Qualifications (at least 2+ years of experience):

1. Configuration Management (CM) for software updates and migrations of code.
2. Software Migration process.
3. Startup of Production Applications & Systems.
4. Microsoft SQL Management Studio & Oracle SQL Developer.

Preferred Experience - 2 years minimum:

1. Support Web and Client Server Applications.
2. Microsoft Office Application Suite (Word & Excel).
3. Computer applications capabilities and limitations of computer equipment.

Skills:

1. Configuration Management experience. Required 2 Years.
2. Software migration process experience. Required 2 Years.
3. Experience of startup of Production Applications & Systems. Required 2 Years.
4. Microsoft SQL Management Studio & Oracle SQL Developer experience. Required 2 Years.
5. Support Web and Client Server Applications. Highly desired 2 Years.
6. Microsoft Office Application Suite. Highly desired 2 Years.
