Responsibilities:

• Able to oversee customer requirements and translate to feasible solution design.
• Install, test and commission IT and IP network infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers, etc.
• Provide technical support and diagnose problems through onsite or remote troubleshooting.
• Conduct system acceptance tests and update as-built documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or relevant IT certifications.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on technical experience and/or CCNA/HCIA, CCNP/HCIP, or CCIE/HCIE certification is an advantage.
• Industry experience with products such as Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Dell, etc. is encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
