The Director of Current Client Consulting is responsible for managing, coaching, teaching and training a team of CCC managers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, a proven track record in employee development, and an extensive background in B2B sales.Location: Schaumburg, ILReports to: Senior Director of Current Client ConsultingPrimary ResponsibilitiesThe below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Create and execute business plan for CCC department by aligning priorities across the organization to achieve annual sales goalsManaging 6-8 CCC managers in order to maximize sales revenueReview each CCC manager’s expenses and stay within budgetCounsel with each CCC manager on their monthly sales objectives and weekly activity goals as well as any action plans if neededConduct bi-weekly one on one meeting with each CCC manager using an agendaRegularly review department performance to ensure sales and quota responsibilities are on target at the manager and CCC representative levelRecruiting, hiring and training CCC manager team, staff to required headcount levelsConstructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer complaints related and have an established chain of command for all escalationsCreate a climate that attracts, retains, and motivates the CCC department to reach high-quality standardsRequirements3-5 years of experience in sales management2-3 years of sales experience with SaaS solutionsProven track record in managing and directing a highly-skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented salesforceStrong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirementsWillingness to travel and work in a virtual environmentProven leadership and ability to drive sales teamsAble to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environmentPaylocity is an equal-opportunity employer.
