Job Summary

  • Full-Time, exempt position, 40 hrs/week
  • Reports to: Community Services Director & Youth Services Director

Our SW Site Manager under the guidance of the Executive Director and Director of Community Services will oversee the coordination of programming , provide support and supervis e staff at SW Site , establish and maintain community partnerships throughout the Southwest Region (p rimarily Clark County ) . T his position will coordinate day-to-day operations of the SW sit e, maintain programming communication and transparency with other PICA sites , including PICA administrative duties to include HR / employee evaluations, ensur e contractual and financial obligations are being met in addition to developing and establishing c ommunity partners hips and working in collaborative efforts as part of Community Services and Youth Navigator services .

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily operations of SW site (including compliance with overall program service delivery).
  • Provide a professional environment and workplace experience.
  • Work collaboratively with PICA programs and sites in King County and Spokane
  • Supervise SW staff to ensure contractual compliance and goals are met.
  • Provide supervisory support to SW staff and ensure organizational workplans and program goals are successfully achieved.
  • Work to align Community Services and Youth Navigator priorities with SW staff with CS & Youth Program Directors.
  • Coordinate professional development and/or training for staff as appropriate in relation to job duties and/or employee/program growth and development.
  • Support in building and maintaining positive relationships with key community and organizational partners.
  • Complete required contractual reporting to include financial back-up documentation as needed. (This will entail working with the Finance Director for record keeping and contractual compliance).
  • Review and provide financial authorization of program purchases complete with detailed documentation.
  • Coordinate purchasing and cost(s) for supplies for staff and office as needed.
  • Represent PICA-WA at community events when needed.
  • Attend regularly scheduled PICA meetings as identified (eg: All Staff, Leadership Team, Team Mtgs, etc.)
  • Ability to travel to other PICA sites as needed on occasion.
  • Schedule flexibility is required for occasional meetings outside business hours.

Work Experience Requirements

  • A demonstrated commitment to our mission, vision and values.
  • Experience in and/or working with diverse Pasifika communities which include Micronesian, Polynesian and Melanesian communities. 
  • Experience in and/or working with individuals of different abilities and neurodiversity.
  • Experience supporting and working with people navigating trauma and/or crisis.
  • Clear racial and social justice analysis rooted in Pasifika values and principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication strengths in oral and written abilities. Bilingual capacities in both oral and written are welcome.
  • Ability to meet programmatic and contractual timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, such as facilitation, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Experience with project management, event planning and/or event coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or comfort in utilizing compatible Microsoft Operating System.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, public administration, public health, or a related field, OR equivalent successful workplace experience.
