Role Description
MDM Agile Scrum Project Manager
Location: Plano, TX
Primary Skill: Project Manager, Agile Scrum Master
Experience: Technical Project management, Scrum Master experience in data-related domains such as data warehousing and cloud data migration.
Must be well versed with Agile project delivery and be able to drive Scrum ceremonies independently.
A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software or technology environment.
Experience in a Scrum Master role is required.
Familiarity with software development is essential.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
Team management experience, comfortable matrix managing project teams of up to 20 people.
Excellent client-facing skills.
Experience of the whole project life cycle; able to operate from the initial conceptual design stage through system testing and at each stage in between.
Thorough knowledge of program structuring and work planning.
The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines.
The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
Exposure to different delivery SDLC methodologies.
Ability to manage the scope change process and issue identification/resolution with all stakeholders.
Good to Have:
- Experience in working with Data Engineering projects and Informatica.
- Experience in executing MDM projects.

Benefits
Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
