The Sales & Marketing Long Product position manages Pipe, Hollow Bar, and Redraw products for the Tube Americas region. Responsible for delivering on Sales targets and organizational goals by implementing effective sales strategies, managing resources efficiently, and fostering a culture of high performance in the region.
This position plays the lead role in achieving maximum absorption and profitability targets for the Hot Flow Mill in Scranton. Responsible for investigation and implementation of long-term supply agreements and maximizing production capacity with highest margin jobs possible.
Responsibilities
  • Maximize absorption and profitability of Scranton Hot.
  • Investigate absorption impact on margin.
  • Develop and execute long term strategy with top Tube Americas customers.
  • Organize commercial team to create demand by identifying new high value applications
  • Formulate strategy to maximize end use Hollow Bar volume
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the region.
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans, including specific territory assignments, goals, and action plans to drive sales growth and appropriate load to the mill.

Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of Sales and Marketing, Production and People Management Experience. Preferred from the Metal, Chemical and Petrochemical and or Oil and Gas Industry.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial) preferred or Business Administration
