Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive the company's long-term growth and success. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify key opportunities, optimize operational efficiencies, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-term strategic plans and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  2. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and track progress against goals. Adjust strategies as needed based on performance metrics and changing market conditions.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to ensure strategies are integrated and executed effectively. Foster collaboration and communication across teams.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to support strategic recommendations.
  5. Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of strategy professionals. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate strategic goals and initiatives to key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners. Prepare and present reports on strategy progress and outcomes.
  7. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend strategies to enhance competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  4. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of business operations, financial principles, and market dynamics. Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software.
