Job Description
We are in search of a Site Manager for our customer site in Atlanta, GA. The Site Manager manages a small operational team providing Mailroom processing and scanning services at the customer site. The Site Manager oversees various staff performing under the areas of Mail Center Services, Copy Center Support, and Help Desk/Switchboard Operations. The working Site Manager shall assist in the performance of the work and manage the onsite contractor staff continuously to ensure uninterrupted workflow and promptly resolve performance issues.
Key Job Functions
- Provide supervision of all CMI on-site staff and manage the overall coordination of services and performance.
- Track attendance to ensure all CMI staff report to work in accordance with their schedules, and report at specified intervals.
- Oversee and manage the operation of mail room services to include operation of high-volume computerized copy/scanning equipment.
- Some knowledge and experience in management of Help Desk/Receptionist/Switchboard.
- Provide site related reports to the CMI Contract Manager as required.
- Routinely perform needed tasks and be able to assist in any area needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the management and supervision of others in Mail and/or document Scanning services.
- Skill in operating a personal computer (PC) with knowledge of commonly used office computer systems such as Windows 10, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Ability to lift and move parcels, furniture and equipment up to 70 pounds when needed.
