What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet volunteer recruitment metrics and operational needs
2. Conduct outreach and recruiting activities through various channels, including social media and professional associations
3. Evaluate and refine recruitment strategies based on feedback and lessons learned
4. Provide coaching and guidance to volunteer recruitment teams to foster a culture of volunteerism
5. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create effective recruitment materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Minimum of 5 years of related experience
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
4. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
5. Valid driver's license with a good driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
