What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn to showcase the benefits of Delinea solutions
- Qualify inbound leads and turn them into sales opportunities
- Conduct a minimum of 75+ outbound activities per day, including calls and emails
- Research, profile, and network within targeted companies to develop qualified leads
- Stay up-to-date on trends and technologies in the cyber security market through internal e-learning systems
- Achieve weekly success metrics for meetings and/or calls with prospective customers
- Support marketing programs and sales initiatives
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to interact with prospects and identify new business opportunities
- Record and track progress in CRM and Prospect Engagement systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of successful work experience in a Sales Development Representative or quota-carrying Sales role
- Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calls and personalized LinkedIn messaging
- Experience with CRM and Sales Engagement platforms, preferably Salesforce and SalesLoft
- Organized, goal-oriented, and data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with the privileged access management industry
- Knowledge of other relevant sales and marketing tools
