What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Connect with decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn to showcase the benefits of Delinea solutions
  2. Qualify inbound leads and turn them into sales opportunities
  3. Conduct a minimum of 75+ outbound activities per day, including calls and emails
  4. Research, profile, and network within targeted companies to develop qualified leads
  5. Stay up-to-date on trends and technologies in the cyber security market through internal e-learning systems
  6. Achieve weekly success metrics for meetings and/or calls with prospective customers
  7. Support marketing programs and sales initiatives
  8. Attend industry trade shows and conferences to interact with prospects and identify new business opportunities
  9. Record and track progress in CRM and Prospect Engagement systems

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum 2 years of successful work experience in a Sales Development Representative or quota-carrying Sales role
  2. Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calls and personalized LinkedIn messaging
  3. Experience with CRM and Sales Engagement platforms, preferably Salesforce and SalesLoft
  4. Organized, goal-oriented, and data-driven mindset
  5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  2. Familiarity with the privileged access management industry
