The Salesforce Administrator position is ideal for those who excel in both technical and user support aspects of Salesforce. This role provides the opportunity to optimize internal processes, ensure data accuracy and governance, and contribute to the organization’s success by effectively configuring and managing our Salesforce platform to meet evolving needs.
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time, onsite position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and configure Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and customizations, such as standard/custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights for data-driven decisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing training.
- Ensure data quality and integrity, performing regular audits and governance processes to maintain data standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Salesforce needs, working with our onboarding agency for seamless integration and serving as a liaison for issue resolution.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements, staying current with Salesforce updates and assessing their applicability to the organization.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce required; familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability, technical proficiency, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Analytical and driven, with a commitment to optimizing workflows, improving data integrity, and maintaining governance.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical users.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$70,000 - $85,000 annually
The compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 per year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
