Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Supervisor to design, implement, and manage training programs for our team. This role will focus on creating and updating training materials, introducing new training technologies, and ensuring that all employees are up to speed with company processes, whether it's HR rollouts, SAP updates, or other internal changes. The supervisor will manage four trainers, oversee training schedules, and coordinate programs across multiple locations, including New York and Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement training materials and programs
- Manage a team of four trainers and oversee their progress
- Travel to New York and Florida as needed to support training efforts
- Ensure training materials are accessible and up-to-date on the company platform
- Coordinate training schedules and provide ongoing support to the team
- Leverage technology, such as videos and Microsoft Office tools, to improve training delivery
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in creating and managing training programs
- Ability to work on-site in Matawan, NJ, with occasional travel to other locations

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 with full benefits.
