About the role
Reports to : Chief Executive Office
Essential Functions
The Head of Operations will oversee the day-to-day program services of the organization, including with the Pear Care Provider Network. As a member of the leadership team, duties will include community health worker team oversight, clinical supervision, recruitment and training, and customer support for service contracts. The Head of Operations will also support other strategic initiatives of the company to work towards the company's mission and vision.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the organization's community health worker services
  • Oversee a team in the areas of program services, network utilization, provider training, partner engagement, and quality assurance
  • Support customer success with current and future services contracts
  • Assist with new business development opportunities
  • Complete strategic projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements
  • Interest in serving older adults of diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable communicating by video conference and phone
  • Strong computer skills; ability to learn and operate web-based systems effectively
  • Confidentiality when dealing with confidential matters or sensitive subjects
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree and clinical licensure preferred
  • 5-6 years of healthcare or project management experience
  • 3-4 years of people leadership experience
  • English language skills required; other languages a plus

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Remote - Los Angeles, US)
