Position: Sales Specialist
As a Sales Specialist, you'll be instrumental in identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with business owners seeking our comprehensive payment processing solutions. If you're a driven professional with a knack for communication, a competitive edge, and a desire to drive financial success for both our clients and yourself, this role is your opportunity to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business owners to identify their payment processing needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Drive sales by utilizing a proactive approach and business development techniques.
  • Target potential customers through cold outreach, such as phone calls, email campaigns and text message.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial technology or B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports to inform strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • Availability to work during standard business hours with occasional flexibility for client needs.
