Role Overview:
- Review and approve customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee timely and precise order fulfillment.
- Communicate with Sales representatives to address outstanding balances and ensure payments are received prior to shipment.
- Keep customers informed about the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for their orders and promptly notify them of any changes.
- Review all packing slips to verify that all items have been received correctly.
- Report any discrepancies to the Purchasing department and assist with item reallocation as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate container appointments to optimize logistics.
- Close out orders at the time of departure to finalize the fulfillment process.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and efficiently manage multiple tasks with a high level of focus and attention to detail.
- Proven capability to perform detailed procedures accurately, even under time pressure.
- Excellent time management skills, with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and fulfill customer expectations.
- Experience with Netsuite ERP system
