Job Description

Description of Work:

  • Work with customers to train on 2Bin workflows
  • Assist in troubleshooting 2Bin related issues
  • Train customers on mobile hospital application
  • Help to drive compliance with replenishment and charging routines in the CIMS platform
  • Some after-hours work will be required

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Good communications and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to educate people on workflows
