Catamount Ski Area is looking to hire lead line cooks for both Fat Cat, our Burger and Burrito concept and Campfire, our BBQ 7 Bar.
Experienced line cooks with the ability to be a hands on leader are encouraged to apply.
Guest service experience and additional FOH experience is also a plus, but not necessary.
Must be a highly organized, clear communicator able to lead teams to reach high service standards.
Must be able to work all weekend days during ski season.

-Inventory and waste control
-Control of ticket times and speed of service

-Organization of kitchen and hot and cold storage areas
