Member Service Representatives will do the following:

• Promote and sell memberships and services
• Learn to give quality tours based on the goals and interests of our members
• Scan member cards and greet by name
• Build relationships and retain members
• Answer member questions in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner
• Attend paid trainings and meetings and learn new skills
• Work with a team to make a lasting difference in your community
• Light cleaning, washing/folding towels, making coffee, stocking cups and creamer, and making our members feel valued and appreciated.
• The schedule will be approximately 10 to 29 hours per week depending on the needs of the branch.

• High school diploma, GED, or higher
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Hours: Monday thru Friday 4 pm-8 pm and the 1st/3rd Sunday 9 am-2 pm
