Position: Government Account Manager (Fed/SLED)

Pay: From$110k/yr + Commission & Stocks!
Experience: Staffing industry experience selling into government entities is required

Array Corporation is seeking an SLED Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Execute planned activities in support of renewals and account expansion
- Apply the sales process with discipline and vigor
- Conduct post-close administrative processes
- Develop trusted rapport with contacts to facilitate speed, and reduce surprises
- Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term value
- Follow up with new customers as appropriate to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, defusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
- Conduct effective Discovery meetings that uncover pain points
- Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
- Formally present products and services as solutions to established problems
Position Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to prioritize projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effectively work on a team and independently
