Job Requirements / Description
You will own the maintenance system training requirements by building & maintaining the training matrix whilst ensuring the business has visibility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the site-level delivery of training and support, aligned with your site objectives.
- Implement and manage induction programs to ensure all new employees gain a good foundation in Health, Safety & Environmental requirements, FSQ requirements, Kraft Heinz vision and values, site policies and procedures and key information about the organisation and site.
- Administrate departmental inductions and ensure effective training and timely sign-off for new employees.
- Maintain employee training qualification cards as per requirements.
- Build and maintain a training calendar for the site encompassing “Mandatory” and “Development” training across all disciplines.
- Schedule training in conjunction with Process Owners/Shift Managers and Assessors and keep records for 7 years to document training has been completed.
- Ensure all Kraft Heinz Maintenance System (KHMS) training chapter requirements are met.
About You:
- Proficient in the use of training database and Microsoft office suite
- Ability to develop, implement, communicate and audit processes, systems
- Strong interpersonal and change management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Degree (or in the process of studying for your tertiary qualifications) or Cert 4 in Training and Assessing preferred.
- Experience in training management in a food manufacturing or related Industry desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
