*NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!*
****Proven job tenure and outbound calling experience required****
* This is a sales support role focusing on various customer campaigns on business need.
* Will be in a fast paced, high volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting.
* Campaigns will vary and change from time to time.
* These will not be straight cold calls - you will be speaking to former and current plan holders
-The Customer Service Rep handles customer service inquiries and problems.
-Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily
-Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer's needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
-High School Diploma or GED required
-1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
-Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred
-Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
-Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales experience is helpful
-Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.
