Your work as the Finance & Accounting Manager includes several components:
- Long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level, collaborating with the CEO to develop financial plans.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the entire finance organization.
- Managing and providing ongoing training to accounting personnel.
- Conducting financial assessments and establishing department budgets in collaboration with the CEO.
- Conducting financial close for the month, quarter, and year.
- Developing annual financial plans and projections for the company.
- Conducting analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives.
- Managing procurement processes and coordinating material and resources allocation, maintaining inventory.
- Reviewing financial information and adjusting operational budgets to promote efficiency and profitability.
