Nisga'a MOSTT's services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support.
Summary:
Goldbelt Nisga'a MOSTT, LLC is looking for a Senior Master Trainer to support the Global System Support Engineers (GSSE) under the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Program Executive Office for Special Operations Forces Digital Applications (PEO SDA). The objective of this effort is to provide software-agnostic field support for forward-deployed users of operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, as well as to provide technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems support.
The Senior Master Trainer is responsible for training GSSE personnel on required ops and intel platforms to ensure the GSSE competencies align with enterprise objectives. Tasked with the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs, the Master Trainer creates essential materials such as manuals, presentations, and Plans of Instruction (POIs).
ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:
- Ensures that these individuals acquire the necessary skills to effectively train end users on both SOF, and Joint Staff Programs of record, as well as unit-sponsored commercial technologies upon request.
- Must stay up to date on current and emerging technologies by actively scheduling and attending vendor-sponsored training events or studying vendor documentation to attain a trainer-level proficiency.
- Collaborating closely with site leads, the Master Trainer identifies unit-specific training needs and tailors solutions accordingly. Rigorous evaluation of training program effectiveness is an ongoing responsibility, with the Master Trainer making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- To ensure accountability and progress tracking Master Trainer GSSEs must record of training activities in order to track GSSE competencies at an individual level.
- Maintain and ensure training is up to date and in accordance with MCS-COP and Joint Policy guidance such as CJCSI 3151.01D and or future iterations to include CJADC2 implementation guidance as required.
- Significant travel expected with this position to service all components.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
- Must be a US citizen.
- An ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any additional relevant certifications are a plus.
