• Prepare materials for welding
• Assist in the setup of PTA's
• Prepare vanguard flagpoles
• Drill, tap, cut, and deburr products
• Assemble kits
• Assemble retainer rings
• Assist in the flagpole operations department
• Produce cable assemblies
• Paint, inspect, and assemble accessories
• Polish poles using a lathe
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Support special projects as needed
