About the Position:
We are currently seeking an Experienced Tax Partner / Director to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Los Angeles office. The qualified candidate will possess at least 10 years of progressive Public Accounting experience working with closely held businesses. A demonstrated success of managing client relationships and leading staff is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Management and business development
- Lead mentor and grow firm staff
- Detailed review and preparation of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns in varied industries
- Compilation and review level engagements
- Tax planning
- Tax research
- Tax compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's degree preferred
- Active CPA license
- 10 years recent public accounting experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Minimum 10 years’ experience consulting directly with closely held organizations
