Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits.
Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Talent Associate or Manager with a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3+ years of work experience to join our team. The position title will be commensurate with candidate experience relative to Zeta's organizational levels. Experience working in high-performing charter schools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with the full Talent Recruitment team, support our ambitious 2025-2026 school year recruitment campaign that successfully results in our nine (Pre-K through 8th grade) schools being fully hired across the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, and Queens
  • Source candidates for a variety of school-based roles through the usage of LinkedIn Recruiter, on-campus recruitment, and other creative and innovative methods to attract top talent whose experience and mindset align with the role requirements and Zeta's mission
  • Manage the hiring process end-to-end for one or more pipelines by screening candidate applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing candidate offers, as well as other responsibilities
  • Manage candidate relationships from initial recruitment to offer, and enthusiastically and knowledgeably communicate the benefits of working at Zeta Charter Schools
  • Collaborate with a fast-paced, goal-driven, strategic team to increase the speed and volume at which we hire and the success of our hires
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations to enhance recruitment systems and practices for school-based hiring
  • Support the team in managing a competitive recruitment marketing campaign around school-based hiring that includes online advertising campaigns, brochures, recruitment events, and other recruitment activities
  • Maintain and ensure accurate data in all talent systems, including analyzing data to identify and address trends in real-time and refine outreach and selection strategies as needed
  • Support the work of others on the Talent Recruitment team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

For this role in particular, we are in search of someone with strong project management and organizational skills in high volume, fast-paced environments, in addition to having superb attention to detail . Other necessary qualities include:
  • Strong systems thinking to create scalable processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment
  • Flexible schedule including the ability to work late nights and weekends, as needed
  • Technical skills: Google Suite is a must. Strong data analysis background strongly preferred, as well as familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS
The start date for this position is November 2024 The salary range for this position is between $62,500 and $75,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This role reports directly to the Associate Director of Talent.
