Farmer’s Fridge makes fruits and vegetables accessible and approachable for everyone. We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef-curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options.

About this Role

As an Account Manager , you will manage strategic relationships with clients, focusing on onboarding, major events in the client lifecycle (installs, moves, removals), account growth opportunities and complex escalations. This role requires a proactive approach to solving nuanced issues, building strong relationships, and acting as the primary point of contact during critical phases of client engagement.

What You’ll Do…

  1. Client Onboarding : Lead onboarding for new fridge clients, including working with internal teams to ensure Fridges are scheduled for timely installation and ready for launch.
  2. Strategic Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for major events in the client lifecycle, including installations, moves, and removals, building strong and lasting relationships.
  3. Escalation Management : Handle escalations from junior account managers, Sales account executives, or clients, providing strategic and sustainable resolution and working with cross-functional teams as needed.
  4. Portfolio Optimization : Work with internal stakeholders (finance/channel management) to ensure the Fridge portfolio remains optimized; this includes working with clients to evaluate underperformers or identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to align on client expectations and coordinate activities.
  6. Salesforce Management : Manage client records, key dates, and stage changes within Salesforce (SF) to ensure accurate tracking of client activities.
  7. Mentorship and Leadership : Act as a mentor to the Junior Account Manager, providing guidance and support in resolving more complex client issues.

Who You Are…

  1. 5+ years of experience in Client Services or Account Management, preferably in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to manage complex client interactions.
  3. Proven experience in handling escalations and resolving issues across multiple teams.
  4. Proficient in Salesforce (SF), CRM tools, and Google Suite.
  5. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines.
