- Consulting owner on project feasibility and delivery methods
- Leading weekly owner meetings with all stakeholders
- Assisting preconstruction efforts with Precon team Assist in project buyout
- Work closely with subcontractors/designers/engineers/inspectors/city officials
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Lead project teams
- Travel as needed to construction site (1-2 days a month)
- Participate in project closeout
Profile
- 8-15+ years of construction industry experience
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Multi-family and/or Wood-framed construction strongly preferred
- Project experience $10M-$20M+
- Degree preferred
- Prior GC experience
- Strong communication skills
- Open to collaboration
- Eager and motivated
