Reporting to the Senior Mgr. of Business & Customer Excellence, the Senior Learning Business Consultant performs a key role in supporting the learning function and change management initiatives for the Fraud and Compliance Department. How you'll make an impact

  • Identify and implement learning strategies for the business

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of learner-centered, high-impact learning experiences

  • Create engaging learning experiences, content, and visuals that make complex skills simple and easy to learn.

  • Measure the success of learning practices and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Assist the business leadership in defining, developing, and implementing new business processes (including planning and executing a transition to new processes), recommending improvements to existing processes to meet specific business goals.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge management initiatives to support the business.

  • Manage the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

  • Perform quality reviews and support quality management efforts

Experience you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education or equivalent

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a business consulting-type environment

  • A minimum of 3 years in financial/payment services industry or equivalent experience

  • The Ideal candidate would have experience in Financial Crimes including Fraud Operations

  • The ideal candidate would have knowledge of card processing, payment fraud prevention/detection techniques, online fraud management and/or experience with investigation products.

  • Demonstrated excellent collaboration and consulting skills

  • Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to change or redirection

  • Curiosity - a desire to always wonder "how might we" do things in a new way to scale to be able to meet the learner where they are at

  • Knowledge of various adult learning concepts and methodologies

  • Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, and knowledge management

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills such as systems thinking, problem solving and decision making

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
