RN Supervisor Concierge Nursing Services

This pivotal role as an RN Supervisor within our Concierge Nursing Services offers a unique opportunity to both lead and provide high-level nursing care directly within clients' homes. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating personalized care plans that align with each client’s specific health needs and preferences, coordinating and managing a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to perform according to the highest standards of care, and ensuring the full suite of services are delivered with compassion and compliance to promote optimum health outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet face-to-face with clients and their families in their homes to assess healthcare needs and establish trust.
  • Design and implement detailed plans of care that incorporate both nursing and necessary support services to ensure clients' comprehensive care needs are met.
  • Select and coordinate a team of caregivers who are best suited to fulfill each client's unique healthcare requirements, and manage this team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Ensure the availability of nursing services to the client and team on a daily basis, resolving issues, ensuring continuity and compliance of the care provided with the client’s expressed wishes.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse license; BSN preferred.
  • Must be COVID vaccinated as per current health and safety standards.
  • Proven supervisory and team management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Extensive home care nursing experience, directly overseeing and providing patient care.
  • Minimum of three years of broad clinical experience.
  • A valid US Driver's License and ability and willingness to travel locally to clients' homes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in managing private pay client relationships and services.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, family members, and the care team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and care plans effectively.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing personalized care plans and implementing them effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and their families.
  • Problem-solving skills to adapt care plans spontaneously and handle day-to-day challenges in client care.
  • Thorough knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements of home healthcare.
