Sales Manager

BA Global Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong understanding of heavy equipment and a proven track record in sales team leadership to work on-site, supervising the sales team by territory (Montana, Washington, Vancouver, and Portland area).

Local Hire Pty Ltd supplies various equipment for both hire and sales to the Construction & Entertainment industries across Australia. Supplying Generators, Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Forklifts, All Terrain Forklifts, Lighting Towers, Spider Lifts and much more.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the sales team across designated territories.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
3. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching as needed.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the heavy equipment industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
