Job Title: Consultant - Litigation Support and Valuation

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced Consultants, Big 4 Auditors, and Partners on complex financial modeling, drafting expert reports, and conducting industry research and analysis.
Role Overview:
As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting litigation cases, developing financial models, preparing expert reports for depositions and trials, and conducting in-depth industry research. This role offers a dynamic work environment with significant opportunities for client interaction and career advancement, both professionally and financially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop dynamic financial models to calculate damages related to intellectual property infringement or valuation disputes.
- Draft comprehensive written reports and assist in preparing for depositions and trials.
- Conduct industry research and forensic analysis, focusing on market share, industry trends, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with small teams of staff, providing guidance and oversight on various projects.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in litigation support and/or valuation is required.
- Background in public accounting or industry accounting/finance.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling with a strong ability to develop new models.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct industry research and forensic analysis.
- Comfortable drafting detailed written reports and working in client-facing roles.
- Ability to quickly integrate into teams and manage full-cycle project ownership.
